Spray Finishing

Wet spray finishes can be applied to softwood, hardwood and MDF, plastics such as PVC, styrene and ABS, resin and metal materials.

There is more flexibility with colour choice as we can match to a specific shade or sample in addition to the standard RAL and BS colour ranges.

Special finishes such as metallic, textured, wood stained and lacquered finishes are also available.

Wet spray techniques can provide a wide range of finishes using a range of application materials. Our expertise ranges from multi-colour acrylic coatings for exhibition work to conductive nickel coatings for RFI shielding.

Applications

Wet spray techniques can be applied to almost any substrate resulting in a wide range of materials for a variety of end uses.

Plastic substrates finished with wet spray are used in the electronics industry, mouldings, car parts, retail and point of sale displays and conservatory fittings.

Fibreglass substrates finished with wet spray are used in film settings, stage props, theme parks, GRP doors, retail and museum display.

Wood substrates finished with wet spray are used in kitchen units, shop fittings, doors and window frames, bedroom, office and school furniture.
